These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Barn Talk Dashboard (the “Dashboard”) at dashboard.thebarntalk.com, operated by TDF Media LLC (“we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the Dashboard
The Dashboard is a private, internal tool. Access is limited to individuals whose email address appears on an access list maintained by TDF Media LLC. There is no public sign-up. We may add or remove access at any time and for any reason, and access ends automatically when a person’s relationship with Barn Talk ends.
2. Accounts and sign-in
Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for all activity that occurs under your access. Do not share sign-in links or allow others to use your access. Notify us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, publish, or redistribute Dashboard data outside Barn Talk without authorization, except for sponsor reports you are authorized to send
- Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you have not been granted access to
- Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or attempt to bypass any security or access control of the Dashboard or its connected services
- Scrape or bulk-export data by automated means other than the Dashboard’s own features
- Use the Dashboard for any unlawful purpose
4. Connected platform accounts
The Dashboard reads performance data from third-party platforms where Barn Talk publishes content, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Beehiiv, and Megaphone. Only an administrator may connect or disconnect these accounts, and only Barn Talk’s own accounts may be connected.
Your use of those platforms remains governed by each platform’s own terms. We access them on a read-only basis and do not post, modify, or delete content through them. We are not responsible for changes a platform makes to its API, for data a platform stops providing, or for outages on their side.
5. Accuracy of data
Figures shown in the Dashboard are drawn from third-party platform APIs and internal spreadsheets, and are provided for internal planning purposes. Platforms revise their own numbers, deprecate metrics, and occasionally return incomplete data. We make no warranty that any figure is complete, current, or free from error, and figures should be verified before being used in a contractual or financial commitment.
6. Assistant feature
The Dashboard includes an assistant that answers questions about your data using an AI model. Its responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a business decision without checking the underlying figures.
7. Intellectual property
The Dashboard, its design, and its underlying code are owned by TDF Media LLC. Content and performance data relating to Barn Talk properties remain the property of TDF Media LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Dashboard for Barn Talk business only.
8. Confidentiality
Dashboard data — including audience figures, revenue and financial models, sponsor pipelines, and guest pipelines — is confidential business information of TDF Media LLC. Treat it accordingly and do not disclose it to third parties without authorization.
9. Availability
We provide the Dashboard on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDF Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Dashboard.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice. Sections 7, 8, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
